Ingredients
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can Ro-Tel green chiles and tomatoes
Method
- Melt cheese, 1/2 at a time, with 1/4 cup milk.
- Cook ground beef and sausage; drain well.
- Put cheese and meat together in crock-pot on low; stir often.
- Boil juice out of green chiles and tomatoes and add to cheese mixture.
