Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 (4 1/8 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk

Method

  • Mix first 3 ingredients and pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 350°.
  • Let cool.
  • Mix next 3 ingredients in bowl with blender.
  • Spread on cool crust.
  • Mix into another bowl with mixer.
  • Combine next 2 ingredients and spread on top of cheese mixture.
  • Top with remaining Cool Whip.
  • Refrigerate.
