Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. broken nuts
- 2 (16 oz.) cans fruit cocktail, undrained
Method
- Sift dry ingredients, except brown sugar and nuts, into mixing bowl.
- Combine eggs, vanilla and fruit cocktail.
- Add to dry ingredients; mix well.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top with brown sugar and nuts.
- Bake in 325° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
