Ingredients
- 1 head bok choy, chopped
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 5 or 6 green onions, sliced (greens, too)
- 4 oz. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 2 pkg. Ramen chicken soup (crush the noodles)
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 1/2 stick oleo
Method
- Break up noodles and brown in 1/2 stick oleo.
- Drain noodles on paper towel.
- Brown chicken on all sides until cooked through.
