Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground meat (I used ground beef, but use whatever works)
  • 50 grams Onion
  • 40 grams Panko (homemade)
  • 1 Egg (large)
  • 1/2 teaspon Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 dash Nutmeg

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 190C.
  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Beat the egg.
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into balls to whatever size you prefer.
  • Line the meatballs on a baking pan.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes and it's done.
