Ingredients
- 500 grams Ground meat (I used ground beef, but use whatever works)
- 50 grams Onion
- 40 grams Panko (homemade)
- 1 Egg (large)
- 1/2 teaspon Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 dash Nutmeg
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190C.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Beat the egg.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into balls to whatever size you prefer.
- Line the meatballs on a baking pan.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes and it's done.
