Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c. rinsed and dried fresh dill, tightly packed

Method

  • Put the
  • egg
  • in bowl of a food processor.
  • Add mustard and process
  • for
  • few
  • seconds.
  • Scrape down sides of bowl. With the machine running, slowly add the oil in a fine, steady stream until the mixture reaches a mayonnaise-like consistency.
  • Add dill
  • and
  • process
  • until
  • sauce is light green with green flakes. Place
  • in
  • container
  • and refrigerate.
  • Makes 3 1/2 cups.
  • Also great on fish.
