Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. rinsed and dried fresh dill, tightly packed
Method
- Put the
- egg
- in bowl of a food processor.
- Add mustard and process
- for
- few
- seconds.
- Scrape down sides of bowl. With the machine running, slowly add the oil in a fine, steady stream until the mixture reaches a mayonnaise-like consistency.
- Add dill
- and
- process
- until
- sauce is light green with green flakes. Place
- in
- container
- and refrigerate.
- Makes 3 1/2 cups.
- Also great on fish.
