Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (or two breasts cut in half)
- 1 cup (225 ml) Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp (30 ml). lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5 ml). thyme
- 1 tsp (5 ml). basil
Method
- Mix together ingredients.
- Place ingredients on top of thawed chicken.
- Marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Place chicken on grilling pan.
- Broil for 10 minutes or until chicken is not pink in middle.
- May also be cooked on the barbeque grill.
