Ingredients
- 1 liter mussels
- parsley
- chive
- 2/3 cider
- salt and pepper
Method
- Clean the mussels. Remove the small dirt and go under water. In a large pot, put mussels, add the cider, herbs, salt and pepper. Stir with a large spatula from time to time so that they are all treated cider. Cook for 20 minutes (check the mussels are wide open).
