Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Chuck
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 package (0.75 Oz. Package) Mushroom Gravy
  • 1 jar (6 To 8 Oz. Jar) Mushrooms
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 4 whole Hamburger Buns

Method

  • Divide ground chuck in to 4 equal parts and shape into 1/4-pound hamburger patties.
  • Season with Worcestershire sauce and lemon and pepper seasoning.
  • Grill as desired.
  • Meanwhile, mix package of gravy as directed.
  • When thickened, add the jar of mushrooms and mix in.
  • Take off heat and set aside.
  • When burgers are grilled, assemble mushroom Swiss burger by adding cheese to the bun, the hamburger, cover with mushroom gravy, and then top with the other half of the bun.
  • Enjoy.
