Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. diced green peppers
- 1/4 c. diced red peppers
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. white sauce or 1 can cream of chicken soup plus 2/3 c. milk
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Saute onion and peppers in butter.
- Stir in white sauce or soup mixture, mushrooms and basil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through.
