Ingredients
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Add flour, salt, rind, juice, yolk of eggs (well beaten) and milk.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in pudding dish.
- Bake in slow oven until brown (about 350°).
