Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup green olives finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers canned, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano ground
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 baguette
  • 250 grams mortadella thinly sliced
  • 250 grams salami sliced
  • 200 grams fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato coarsely chopped

Method

  • One day before assembling the muffuletta, mix all the ingredients for the dressing. Cover and refrigerate.
  • 2 hours before serving the muffuletta, cut the baguette open. Remove some of the inside and spread half of the dressing on the inside. Add the mortadella, salami, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and the rest of the dressing. Serve.
