Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb frozen hash brown thaw
  • 1/2 cup margarine melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (large can or 2 small cans) cream of chicken soup
  • dash garlic powder
  • 2 cup grated cheese
  • 3/4 cup cut cooked bacon

Method

  • Preheat oven at 350F.
  • Spray (you can use butter) large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine bacon, soup, margarine, salt, pepper, garlic, onions and cheese.
  • Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan or dish.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
  • May need a little longer cook time.
  • Make sure it's nice and brown,
