Ingredients
- boneless chicken breast (1 for each person)
- slice of Mozzarella cheese (enough to cover each chicken breast)
- Italian breadcrumbs
- beaten eggs (as needed)
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
- olive oil

- You also need 2 bowls with flat bottoms (Tupperware is great), large enough to hold 1 chicken breast.
