Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin or 2 (3 oz.) pkg.
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 can cold Mountain Dew soda
- 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained (juice reserved)
- 1 pkg. lemon pudding (cooked type)
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped or Cool Whip
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add Mountain Dew and juice drained from pineapple.
- Chill until it begins to thicken.
- Cook pudding according to package instructions.
- Cool.
- Mix gelatin, lemon pudding and whipped cream, beating together.
- Add drained pineapple and marshmallows.
- Pour into large bowl and chill.
