Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin or 2 (3 oz.) pkg.
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 can cold Mountain Dew soda
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained (juice reserved)
  • 1 pkg. lemon pudding (cooked type)
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped or Cool Whip
  • 1 c. mini marshmallows

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Add Mountain Dew and juice drained from pineapple.
  • Chill until it begins to thicken.
  • Cook pudding according to package instructions.
  • Cool.
  • Mix gelatin, lemon pudding and whipped cream, beating together.
  • Add drained pineapple and marshmallows.
  • Pour into large bowl and chill.
