Ingredients

  • 1 large can apple pie filling
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 8 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
  • yams (canned or cooked), cut up
  • 3 or 4 Tbsp. apricot preserves
  • chopped nuts

Method

  • In large baking dish layer apple pie filling, yams (amount depends on how many you are feeding).
  • Mix and pour over vegetables the orange marmalade, apricot preserves and cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with a few nuts.
  • Pineapple or dates may be added or substituted here.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
