Ingredients
- 2 None eggs, beaten lightly
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped ham
- 6 small cherry tomatoes, halved
Method
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a 12-cup mini muffin pan.
- Beat eggs, milk, cheese and ham in medium bowl. Season. Spoon mixture into muffin pan. Top with cherry tomatoes.
- Bake 20 mins, or until just set. Let stand in pan 5 mins before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
