Ingredients
- 1 (10 or 12 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
- 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. milk (2 c. if cheese is dry)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat eggs with sugar.
- Add cheese slowly to make smooth mixture.
- (Put through strainer if cheese is too coarse.) Add milk and vanilla; pour into baked crust.
- Bake at 375° (like custard) until knife comes clean.
- Sprinkle top lightly with cinnamon and serve warm or cold.
