Ingredients
- 8 oz. mostaccioli or penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Feta cheese with basil and tomato, crumbled
Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Mix in oil, tomatoes, spinach and onions; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add cheese; cook 1 minute. Servings: 8.
