Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. box mostaccioli
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
- 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
Method
- Cook macaroni as directed.
- Drain.
- Return to pot.
- Drain liquid from whole tomatoes into pot with macaroni.
- Cut up tomatoes into small pieces.
- Add to macaroni.
- Stir gently.
- In ovensafe casserole, layer macaroni-tomato mixture with slices of Swiss cheese.
- Top with Swiss cheese.
- Bake in 350° oven for 15 to 30 minutes.
