Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (4 serving) lemon jello
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- ice cubes
- 2 tsp. grated orange rind
- 3 c. Cool Whip Lite
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Combine orange juice and ice cubes to make 1 1/2 cups.
- Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip and stir until well mixed.
- Pour into a 5-cup mold sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Chill until very firm. Serve with raspberries.
