Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- pepper and salt
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (not drained)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Melt butter in frying pan.
- Add onion; brown.
- Add beef; cook until redness is gone.
- Add salt, pepper, mushrooms, flour and soup; stir and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
- Add sour cream.
- Serve on rice.
