- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 lb. snow peas
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Add tablespoon oil to wok; heat on medium high.
- Add snow peas, mushrooms and onions; stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Remove from wok and set aside.
- In small cup, mix the cornstarch, salt, ginger and pepper; set aside.
- Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil to wok.
- Add chicken and cornstarch mixture; stir-fry until chicken turns white.
- Stir in snow pea mixture and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 minutes.
- Makes 3 to 4 servings.
