Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy margarine
- 2 cups nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 12-1 cup unsweetened soymilk
Method
- Melt the soy margarine in a pan.
- Once melted, add the remaining ingredients, whisking well.
- Add more non-dairy milk for desired consistency.
- Continue stirring until well blended.
- Delicious served over pasta or grilled vegetables.
