Ingredients
- 2 one pound cans corned beef hash
- 8 1/2 oz. can sliced pineapple, drained (save juice)
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 2 bananas, split lengthwise
Method
- Place hash in shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Combine pineapple juice with mashed banana, sugar and ginger in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Arrange split bananas and pineapple slices on top of hash.
- Baste fruit with ginger glaze and pour remainder over hash.
- Place under broiler until bananas are golden brown.
