Ingredients
- 1/2 flank steak (12 oz.)
- 10 whole scallions, trimmed
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cooking wine
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
Method
- Cut meat across the grain into thin slices, 2-inches long. Combine soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, sugar, salt, cooking wine, pepper, cooking oil and egg in medium glass or plastic bowl; beat lightly with a fork.
- Mix in meat.
- Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
