Ingredients

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. raisins

Method

  • Beat the Large eggs and add in sugar, salt and spices.
  • Combine with lowfat sour cream and raisins.
  • Pour into pastry shell.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min then, turn down oven and bake 25 min at 350 degrees.
  • Can top with whipped cream when cold to serve or possibly top with meringue.
