Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. raisins
Method
- Beat the Large eggs and add in sugar, salt and spices.
- Combine with lowfat sour cream and raisins.
- Pour into pastry shell.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min then, turn down oven and bake 25 min at 350 degrees.
- Can top with whipped cream when cold to serve or possibly top with meringue.
