Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 average cabbage head
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Melt margarine.
- Saute onion and pepper in margarine.
- Take out and set aside.
- Brown meat in skillet and mix with onion and pepper.
- Pour over shredded cabbage in casserole dish.
- Spoon tomato soup over top.
- Do not dilute soup.
- Cover and cook 1 hour at 350°.
