Ingredients
- 32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine potatoes, butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Stir well.
- Spoon into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes, until bubbles in middle.
- May also be topped with crushed potato chips.
- Serves 12.
