Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (room temperature), cubed
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can sliced apples (not pie filling)
- 3/4 c. flour
Method
- Cream margarine and sugar.
- Add flour and cheese, beating until smooth.
- Pour apples (drained) into buttered 9-inch dish. Top with cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 30 or 40 minutes, until browned.
- Serves 8.
