Ingredients
- 2 c. dry egg noodles
- 2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans vegetable soup
Method
- Brown ground beef in skillet.
- Drain off grease.
- Add noodles, water, salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce to simmer until noodles are done, then add soup.
- Continue simmering until done.
