Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
Method
- Beat eggs, water, vinegar and sugar.
- Mix well.
- Heat at low temperature until thickened.
- Fry bacon.
- Shred lettuce in bowl. Pour warm dressing over lettuce and crumble bacon into salad. Serve warm.
