Ingredients

  • 12 cup boiling water
  • 12 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 14 cups flour
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 34 cup tightly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 4 egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 13 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
  • cooking spray

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl combine boiling water and cocoa and mix until cocoa is dissolved.
  • Add flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, egg whites, oil and vanilla.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour into pan and bake 25 minutes.
  • Brownies should spring back when touched.
