Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups bananas, very ripe, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 12 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 14 cups brown sugar
  • 23 cup plain yogurt
  • 13 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons flax seed meal

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line two 8" loaf pans with enough foil to be able to wrap up the bread once it has been cooked.
  • In large bowl beat eggs, then add other ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Pour batter equally into 2 loaf pans.
  • Bake 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool completely then wrap and save for later or slice and enjoy.
