Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- apples, cut in thin short strips
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Mix flour, sugar and milk until smooth.
- Melt butter in a deep pan.
- Fill pan 3/4 full of apples.
- Pour flour mixture over apples.
- Bake until brown.
- Use tender apples.
