Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chili pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. rice
Method
- Brown beef in skillet.
- Add onion and green pepper.
- Cook until tender.
- Drain fat.
- Add whole tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice. Cover.
- Simmer 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
