- 6 ounce. lime Jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Method
- Dissolve Jello in 2 c. boiling water.
- Add in 1 c. pineapple juice, 1/2 c. cool water.
- Place in refrigerator till Jello is at the consistency of beaten egg whites.
- Mix soft cream cheese, cottage cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice together.
- Mix in Jello.
- Refrigerateovernight.
- Yield: 12 servings.
