Ingredients

  • 6 ounce. lime Jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. cottage cheese, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Method

  • Dissolve Jello in 2 c. boiling water.
  • Add in 1 c. pineapple juice, 1/2 c. cool water.
  • Place in refrigerator till Jello is at the consistency of beaten egg whites.
  • Mix soft cream cheese, cottage cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice together.
  • Mix in Jello.
  • Refrigerateovernight.
  • Yield: 12 servings.
