Ingredients
- 4 mint sprigs
- 2 dashes of peach bitters
- Ice
- 2 ounces fino sherry
- 2 ounces chilled bitter lemon soda
- One 2-inch strip of lemon zest
Method
- In a white wine glass, gently muddle the mint sprigs with the peach bitters.
- Half fill the glass with ice, add the sherry and bitter lemon soda and stir well.
- Garnish with the lemon zest.
