Ingredients
- 1 frozen pound cake
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1 tsp. instant coffee
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Cut frozen pound cake horizontally in 5 or 7 layers.
- Melt chocolate bits over low heat.
- Remove from heat and add instant coffee and sour cream.
- Frost each layer, stacking one on top of another to rebuild loaf.
- Frost entire cake.
- Chill.
