- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/3 c. diced green pepper
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Scrub potatoes.
- Dry and pierce with a fork.
- Bake at 425° for 55 to 65 minutes.
- Saute bacon in a large skillet until brown. Cool and crumble.
