Ingredients
- 23 cup margarine or 23 cup butter
- 13 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 34 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 cup chopped pecans or 12 cup chopped walnuts
- 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method
- Melt butter in medium saucepan.
- Stir in cocoa powder and coffee crystals.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in sugar.
- Stir in eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Beat lightly by hand, just till combined.
- Stir in flour.
- Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Spread batter into a greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan.
- Bake in a 350 F oven for 30 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack.
