- 2 qt. small pickles
- 2 qt. green tomatoes
- 2 qt. green beans
- 2 qt. celery
- 12 large cucumbers
- 2 to 6 red peppers
- 5 pt. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. turmeric
Method
- Cut up all vegetables and boil until almost tender.
- Drain off water; mix all ingredients together and put in cans.
- Cold pack for 1/2 hour.
