Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 dashes salt
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Place the first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan.
- Mix together with whisk.
- Add evaporated milk.
- Stir well.
- Cook on medium-high heat.
- Boil rapidly for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Take off heat and add butter and vanilla.
- Great over vanilla ice cream.
