Ingredients
- 1/2 box yellow cake mix
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 pkg. instant pineapple or lemon cream pudding
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. English walnuts, chopped
Method
- Bake cake and let cool.
- Beat together cream cheese with milk (adding milk slowly).
- Add pudding and continue to beat until it is pudding consistency.
- Spread on cake.
- Then, in this order, spread on cake:
- crushed pineapple, Cool Whip and chopped walnuts.
