- 4 fresh peaches, halved, pitted
- 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut in half Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 8 cups lightly packed torn mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 4 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method
- Cut each peach half into 3 wedges.
- Wrap each wedge with 1 bacon piece, then tie in knot, gently stretching bacon slice if needed.
- Add half the peaches to medium nonstick skillet; cook 12 min.
- or until bacon is crisp, turning after 6 min.
- Remove from skillet; drain.
- Repeat with remaining peaches.
- Toss salad greens with dressing.
- Place 3 peach wedges on each of 8 salad plates.
- Top with salad and cheese.
