Ingredients

  • 4 fresh peaches, halved, pitted
  • 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut in half Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
  • 8 cups lightly packed torn mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 4 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • Cut each peach half into 3 wedges.
  • Wrap each wedge with 1 bacon piece, then tie in knot, gently stretching bacon slice if needed.
  • Add half the peaches to medium nonstick skillet; cook 12 min.
  • or until bacon is crisp, turning after 6 min.
  • Remove from skillet; drain.
  • Repeat with remaining peaches.
  • Toss salad greens with dressing.
  • Place 3 peach wedges on each of 8 salad plates.
  • Top with salad and cheese.
