- 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 chopped onion
- 12 oz. cracker crumbs
- pats of butter
Method
- Cook and drain broccoli, then mix 1/2 the cheese and all the mixture, except cracker crumbs and pats of butter.
- Spread remainder of cheese on top in casserole dish.
- Spread cracker crumbs on top and pats of butter on top of crumbs. Cover and cook at 350° until bubbles and crumbs are brown.
