Ingredients

  • 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 12 oz. cracker crumbs
  • pats of butter

Method

  • Cook and drain broccoli, then mix 1/2 the cheese and all the mixture, except cracker crumbs and pats of butter.
  • Spread remainder of cheese on top in casserole dish.
  • Spread cracker crumbs on top and pats of butter on top of crumbs. Cover and cook at 350° until bubbles and crumbs are brown.
