Ingredients
- 1 tsp. minced shallots
- 1 Tbsp. rice-wine vinegar
- 4 tsp. walnut oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 to 6 c. mixed salad greens, washed and dried
- 1/2 c. toasted coarsely chopped walnuts
Method
- In a small jar combine shallots, vinegar, walnut oil, salt and pepper.
- Shake well and set aside.
- Do not refrigerate.
- Place greens in a salad bowl.
- Toss with vinaigrette to taste and sprinkle each serving with walnuts.
