Ingredients
- 1 (10 to 12 lb.) ham
- cinnamon
- whole cloves
- 1/2 lb. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
Method
- Simmer ham for 1 hour. Trim fat.
- Place ham in baking pan, trimmed side up. Score. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Stud with cloves and spread brown sugar over ham. Add mustard and 1 1/2 cups boiling water to vinegar. Pour into baking pan. Cover. Bake at 325° for 3 hours.
