Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil (canola)
- 1 c. white Karo syrup
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°. Mix in large bowl the sugar, oil (canola), Karo syrup, eggs (beaten), vanilla and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave pie in for another 45 to 55 minutes or until set and fairly dry.
