Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 4 eggs
- 1 (13 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme (could use 2 jars)
Method
- Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Combine all ingredients, except Marshmallow Creme, and mix well.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
- Leave in pan and, while hot, spread Marshmallow Creme on cake.
- Put back in oven; watch closely.
- When marshmallow is running smooth, take out (only takes a few minutes).
- Let cake cool and spread with Betty Crocker canned frosting.
